At T-Shirts USA, we stand behind the quality of every garment we sell. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to file a claim if something goes wrong.
What Is Covered
- Stitching defects: Loose seams, unraveling threads, or broken stitching under normal wearing conditions
- Fabric defects: Snags, holes, pilling, or discoloration present at the time of delivery
- Zippers, buttons, and closures: Broken buttons, faulty zippers, or defective drawstring cords within the warranty period
- Construction issues: Uneven hems, misaligned patterns, or structural problems that affect the garment's fit or function
- Wrong item received: You receive a different size, color, or style than what you ordered
Warranty Period
- All trousers and shirts: 60 days from the date of delivery
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including minor wrinkling or gradual fading from repeated washing
- Damage caused by improper care — including bleach, high-heat drying, or ironing at excessive temperatures
- Damage from accidents, stains, cuts, or alterations performed by the customer or a third party
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect the garment's function or wearability
- Natural fabric characteristics such as minor lint shedding from new cotton or flannel materials
How to File a Warranty Claim

- Provide details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
- We review: Our team will assess your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund — your choice.
Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
- For approved warranty claims, T-Shirts USA will cover return shipping costs when a return is required
- We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping expenses
- In many cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring the original item to be returned
