We want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders from T-Shirts USA.
1. Order Processing
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak seasons such as holidays or sales events, processing may take an additional day — we will notify you if that happens.
2. Daily Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders received after the cutoff will start processing on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order ships, here is what to expect:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days via UPS
These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and weather conditions.
4. Free Shipping on Every Order
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required — what you see at checkout is your final total.
5. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Delivery Carrier Information
All orders are shipped via UPS.
- Standard packages — individual t-shirts, accessories, and small orders — are delivered by UPS Ground directly to your doorstep.
- Bulk or oversized orders — such as large custom printing runs or wholesale quantities — may be delivered by a freight carrier or specialized delivery service. In these cases:
- The delivery team will contact you ahead of time to schedule a specific delivery window
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment
- Large orders may require assistance unloading — having a second person on hand is recommended
7. Canceling an Order
- Before shipment: If you contact us before your order has left our facility, we can cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- After shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please follow the steps in our Refunds & Returns Policy to initiate a return after the package arrives.
8. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Use that number to monitor your package at ups.com/track.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us and we will investigate right away.
