How Our Checkout Works
- Add Items to Your Cart: Browse our collection of graphic tees, basics, and accessories. When you find something you like, add it to your cart and select your size and color.
- Review Your Order: Before proceeding to payment, double-check your items, sizes, quantities, and shipping address to make sure everything is correct.
- Enter Payment Information: On the secure checkout page, choose your payment method and fill in your card number, expiration date, and CVV. All fields are encrypted for your protection.
- Place Your Order: Click "Complete Order" to finalize your purchase. Your payment is processed in real time, and you will see an on-screen confirmation along with an email receipt.
Your card is charged at the time the order is placed. We do not store your card details after the transaction is complete.
Keeping Your Payment Safe

Common Payment Issues and Solutions
- Card declined: Verify that your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address match what your bank has on file. If the issue persists, try a different card or contact your bank directly.
- Transaction failed: A temporary network issue may have interrupted the process. Wait a minute and try again, or switch to another payment method.
- Appears charged twice: A temporary authorization hold may look like a duplicate charge on your statement. This usually clears within 3–5 business days. If it does not, contact your bank and reach out to us for assistance.
- Promo code not working: Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown and that your order meets any minimum spend requirements. Only one promo code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
